A soiree was last Saturday night organized by MTN-Ghana to reward its loyal customers in the Ashanti Region.
The event which was held at the plush Golden Bean hotel also had in attendance merchants, agents and customers of various platforms of the company participating in the elaborate function.
Receiving special prizes from the company, some of the participants went away with the newest brands of the company’s phones and accessories.
Others, who were deemed to have been present at the occasion early enough got special prizes in what they term as ‘early bird prize’.
Speaking to Ghanaian Observer Newspaper after the award presentations, Customer Relations Executive of MTN-Ghana, Mrs Jemima Kotei-Walsh expressed delight at the opportunity the company gets to fraternize with its customers annually.
According to her, the company cherishes such moments as it brings officials of the network closer to its patrons.
Mrs Kotei-Walsh intimated the commitment of MTN to continually reward its customers who display loyalty and good faith.
This, she stressed will go a long way to sustain the partnership the company has with its cherished customers across the country.
The Customer Relations Executive mentioned plans by MTN to invest funds into getting a seamless network.
According to her, phone calls, mobile money service and other essential services the company renders to its numerous customers are being worked on to ensure it is bereft of its current challenges.
The Company, she maintained believes in giving its customers value for the money they spend purchasing scratch cards or accessing other services MTN renders.
She also disclosed the special interest the company has in its Ashanti Market and stressed the desire by MTN to maintain the relationship with customers in the region.
